Collecchio, 18 June 2026 <\/em>\u2013 Parma Calcio 1913 is pleased to announce the composition of its new Football Department structure ahead of the 2026\/27 season.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The club’s sporting operations will continue to be overseen by Football Director Alessandro Pettin\u00e0<\/strong>, who will retain direct responsibility for the Men’s First Team and its staff.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Massimiliano Notari <\/strong>has been confirmed as Head of Scouting<\/strong> and has signed a contract extension until 30 June 2029. Supported by the club’s scouting network, he will continue leading the identification and monitoring of talent at regional, national and international level.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mattia Notari<\/strong> will remain in charge of the men’s academy as Head of Men\u2019s Youth Sector<\/strong>, also extending his contract until 30 June 2029. His renewal ensures continuity for a sporting and educational project that has delivered significant developmental results over the past four years.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n At the same time, Gianluca Baschieri <\/strong>has been confirmed as Head of Grassroots<\/strong>, signing a new three-year agreement. His continued leadership will help strengthen Parma Calcio’s position as one of Italy’s leading organisations in grassroots football development.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The structure is completed by Federico Crovari<\/strong>, who takes on the newly created role of Football Pathway Manager<\/strong>. This cross-departmental position will be responsible for designing and managing player development pathways from the academy to the First Team, overseeing individual growth programmes and monitoring players out on loan.
