Rome, 3 June 2026 \u2013 Parma Calcio has received a Special Mention at the 2026 Premio De Sanctis \u201cSport, Rispetto e Legalit\u00e0\u201d<\/strong> (De Sanctis Award for Sport, Respect and Legality), promoted by the Fondazione De Sanctis and presented to individuals, organisations and projects that stand out for promoting the values of sport, respect, legality and positive behaviour.<\/p>\n The award ceremony took place in the Monumental Hall at Palazzo Chigi, in the presence of the Minister for Sport and Youth, Andrea Abodi<\/strong>. Among the recipients recognised in the 2026 edition were Alessandro Del Piero<\/strong>, Federica Brignone<\/strong> – winner of two gold medals at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games – the team behind Calciosociale’s<\/strong> ‘Curva dei Miracoli’ project, and Paralympic athlete Chiara Mazzel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Parma Calcio received the Special Mention for its \u201cStop Domande Stupide\u201d<\/strong> (\u201cStop Asking Stupid Questions\u201d) campaign, launched on 8 March 2026 to mark International Women\u2019s Day. Representing the Club at the ceremony were CEO Federico Cherubini<\/strong>, Institutional Communication Director Federica Lancini<\/strong>, Brand Director Eva Visentin<\/strong> and Parma Calcio Women captain Caterina Ambrosi<\/strong>. Through a direct and contemporary approach, and with the involvement of the Club\u2019s men\u2019s and women\u2019s players, Parma\u2019s campaign addressed the issue of gender prejudice in football, encouraging audiences to reflect on stereotypes that still persist in both society and sport.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The citation accompanying the award read:<\/p>\n \u201cFor addressing the issue of prejudice in football with authenticity, sensitivity and powerful communication. Through a genuine, direct and contemporary approach, this campaign successfully challenged deeply rooted stereotypes, encouraging audiences to reconsider entrenched assumptions and reaffirming a fundamental principle: talent, commitment and passion have no gender.<\/p>\n A project that used football as a tool for social reflection, promoting respect, inclusion and awareness, while reminding us that change also begins with words. Language and responsible communication can become a genuine driver of culture, both on and off the pitch.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Speaking on behalf of Parma Calcio, the Club’s CEO Federico Cherubini<\/strong> said: <\/p>\n \u201cWe are extremely proud to receive this recognition, and I would also like to say so on behalf of our President, Kyle J.
