Parma, 20 May 2026<\/em> \u2013 Today, Wednesday 20 May, a meeting promoted by the FIGC was held in the press room of the Mutti Training Center in Collecchio as part of the UEFA Take Care programme, an initiative dedicated to raising awareness about mental wellbeing in sport.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Parma Calcio was selected as a pilot club for the project, developed in collaboration with the FIGC Paralympic Department and Division through its Paralympic Football area, with the aim of promoting a sporting culture based on care, inclusion, listening and mutual support. The \u201cTake Care\u201d programme recognises psychological wellbeing as a fundamental part of personal development, the quality of relationships and sporting performance.<\/p>\n

The meeting, organised by the Club\u2019s Performance Psychology Area in line with UEFA\u2019s guidelines and objectives, brought together different parts of the Parma Calcio community for an important moment of discussion and exchange. Throughout the session, participants shared personal experiences, emotions and stories from their sporting journeys, creating an honest and engaging conversation that offered plenty of meaningful insight and reflection.<\/p>\n

The initiative saw a high level of participation and engagement from everyone involved, creating an atmosphere of openness, mutual listening and shared experiences across different generations and sporting backgrounds. It once again underlined the value of sport not only as a means of athletic development, but also as a powerful tool for inclusion and personal growth.<\/p>\n
Players from the Men\u2019s First Team, Women\u2019s First Team, Under-20 squad, Parma Special and Parma Legends all took part in the event.<\/p>\n

Representing the Men\u2019s First Team were Enrico Delprato<\/strong>, Alessandro Circati <\/strong>and Edoardo Corvi<\/strong>; for the Women\u2019s First Team, Caterina Ambrosi<\/strong>, Matilde Copetti <\/strong>and Annahita Zamanian<\/strong>; while Bernardo Conde<\/strong>, Edoardo Tigani <\/strong>and Roberto D\u2019Intino <\/strong>attended on behalf of the Men\u2019s Primavera side.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Also present were Parma Legends, Fausto Pizzi<\/strong>, Luigi Apolloni <\/strong>and Alessandro Nista<\/strong>, as well as representatives from Parma Special Marco Capellini<\/strong>, Bilal Alasevic <\/strong>and Jorge Andres Alvarez Rodriguez<\/strong>, together with coach Stefano Cavalli<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
