Parma, Thursday 27 March 2026<\/em> \u2013 On 26 March 2026, the Board of Directors of Parma Calcio 1913 examined and approved the draft consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.<\/p>\n

The accounts show a positive result before taxes of \u20ac0.17 million, a consolidated net loss for the year of \u20ac1.4 million (a significant improvement compared with the \u20ac63.3 million loss recorded as of 31 December 2024), and positive consolidated equity totalling \u20ac31.1 million.<\/p>\n

The financial performance for the year therefore shows a substantial improvement compared with the financial statements as at 31 December 2024. The Board acknowledged the result for the year with satisfaction and thanked the ownership for its continued commitment, which makes the implementation of the club\u2019s strategic plans possible.<\/p>\n

The full set of financial statements will be published following formal approval at the forthcoming Shareholders\u2019 Meeting.<\/p>\n
