Cassino, 12 May 2025<\/em> \u2013 Mattia Notari, Parma Calcio Youth Sector coordinator, has won the prestigious Maurizio Maestrelli 2025 Award<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The awards ceremony was held in the fantastic setting of the Teatro Manzoni in Cassio and it was lead, like normal, by Rai Sport journalists Jacopo Volpi <\/strong>and Simona Rolandi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Award, named in memory of Maurizio Maestrelli – a huge youth football lover and son of the late former Lazio manager Tommaso Maestrelli – is awarded to 13 people each year that stand out, not only for results achieved, but also for their professionalism, fair play and honesty.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n There were also many other people within the Italian sporting world awarded in this year’s edition:<\/p>\n Federica Cappelletti<\/strong> (Women’s Serie A President), Giovanni Manna<\/strong> (Napoli Sporting Director), Marco Baroni<\/strong> (Lazio manager), Nicolo Rovella<\/strong> (Lazio player), Franco Selvaggi<\/strong> (1982 world champion) and Floriano Noto<\/strong> (Catanzaro President).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Throughout the course of the evening, the 16 squads taking part in the 17th edition of the Lazio Cup <\/strong>were also revealed.
