Parma, 13 March 2025<\/em> \u2013 It has been an intense and informative day at Mutti Training Centre. Parma Calcio welcomed 40 people to the course for Youth Sector Staff, organised by the FIGC Technical Department. Roberto Samaden, head of FIGC’s ‘Youth and school football department’, underlined the importance of the club’s historical dedication to the development of youth players. Notari explained the Club’s work methods, mission, strategic goals and organisational hierarchy to the attendees. There was then a workshop led by Notari, throughout which the attendees worked on practical exercises, before presenting their results and discussing real-world case studies.
