Parma, 24 November 2023<\/em> – ‘International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women<\/em>‘ is on Saturday 25 November. In a period in which this tragic phenomenon is on the rise, as sadly seen by the passing of Giulia Cecchettin, a woman of just 22 years of age, Parma Calcio would like to express its strong will and desire to support those who, on Saturday 25 November, will participate in the procession-demonstration, organized by Parma Council<\/strong>, the Anti-Violence Centre of Parma<\/strong>, the Casa delle Donne<\/strong> and secondary schools in the city<\/strong>, which will start at 10.30 CET from Palazzo Ducale and end in Piazza Garibaldi.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n On Saturday morning, Parma Calcio managers, employees, members and collaborators, on a voluntary basis, will also be present and who want to make their voices heard in support of women<\/strong>, on a march intended to promote an increasingly stronger sense of community and hold a united stance in tackling violence against women. In addition to the hashtag #ENOUGH!, the signatures of the Men’s First Team players will be on the ball, which will then be delivered by Delprato, before the start of the match, to the representatives of the ‘Maschi che si immischiano’ association, which has been committed for years to raising awareness and making men responsible on this issue.
