THE REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST FORMS FOR THE REMAINING 6 SEASON TICKET MATCHES
Following the cancellation of all season tickets for the 2019/20 season, it is possible to request the reimbursement of the six instalments of one's season ticket corresponding to the remaining Serie A Tim 2019/2020 matches of Parma Calcio scheduled at the stadio Ennio Tardini that cannot be attended because they are to be played 'behind closed doors'.
The holder of each season ticket can begin the refund procedure by filling in the form that can be downloaded from our official website at the following link.
The form has also been prepared for season tickets in the name of minors, for whom the parent or guardian will be responsible for the choice of reimbursement.
The form, once duly completed, must be sent countersigned to the following Parma Calcio e-mail address: rimborsi@parmacalcio1913.com
Parma Calcio has also prepared a form for those who bought a season ticket to the Tardini stadium for the Serie A Tim matches as a VAT holder, which can be downloaded at the following link. This form cannot be used for so-called 'Corporate' season tickets.
Season ticket holders must submit (within thirty days from the date of this communication - 27 June 2020 - of the supervening impossibility of the service), an application for reimbursement to the organising body (Parma Calcio), by sending the request to the above-mentioned e-mail address.
Parma Calcio will send the corresponding voucher within thirty days of receipt of the refund request. Parma Calcio reminds that the voucher reimbursement procedure is an obligation established by DL n34 which amends Art.88 of DL 17 March 2020 n18, converted, with amendments, by Law 24 April n. 27. The voucher can be used to purchase admission tickets for events organised by Parma Calcio 1913.
