Parma, October 22, 2025 - Parma Special will feature in the 'Quarto Tempo - Beyond the game - Journeys in amateur football' event. Organised by the National Amateur League, the event will be held from October 23-25 at the Ferrara Expo. The initiaitive, sponsored by the FIGC, Emilia-Romagna Region, the Istituto Superiore di Sanita, the Municipality of Ferrara, and Ferrara Expo, serves as a platform for collective relfection and collaboration on the development of grassroots football in Italy.
On Thursday, on the opening day of the event, Parma Special will take part in recreational and sporting activities, including table football and group games, bringing enthusiasm, inclusivity and team spirit. The team's participation is part of a long-standing commitment to promoting football that is accessible, collaborative and made for people.
The event will also provide an important opportunity for dialogue, thanks to the participation of leading figures from Italian football institutions. Among the expected speakers are: Gabriele Gravina, President of the FIGC; Ezio Maria Simonelli, President of Serie A; Paolo Bedin, president of Serie B; Matteo Marani, President of the Lega Pro; Antonio Zappi, representing the AIA; Umberto Calcagno, President of the AIC; Renzo Ulivieri, President of the AIAC; and Giancarlo Abete, President of the National Amateur League.
The three-day programme in Ferrara will feature a series of themed panels aimed at professionals, managers and operators in the football world, addressing key topics such as the growth of the amateur game, economic and social sustainability of clubs, and the educational role of football within local communities.
'Quarto Tempo - Beyond the game' is not just a chance to train and discuss, but also a true celebration of sport, open to all and free to attend, where passion and inclusion come together to shape the future of Italian grassroots football.
